Pay no mind to the accusation of "pseudo-science". This podcast does a great job of reviewing the data and fostering intelligent discussion. As a physician, i am more dismayed by the manipulation of information on websites like the one referenced above (which is no more than a thinly veiled attack site from a very disturbed minority)
There is nothing stated in this podcast which is unsubstantiated by current clinical understanding...
Love this podcast.
Superb. I love listening to refreshingly intelligent discussions, and having access to this information.
Smart, Thorough, and Accesible.
Mr. Kresser is one of the most thorough health investigators out there. I am always amazing at his capacity for scanning through what seems like endless scientific literature out there. He does not just read the abstracts. He looks at how the experiments and studies were designed and carried out. Were there flaws or biases? Does the data support the conclusion? He puts it all together to give us a broader perspective of health. He then explains it simply, and with a good dose of good humor. If you are interested in discovering how to improve your seemingly mysterious and capricious health you need to listen to this podcast.
