"What's going on here?"

While people seem to think that the podcast is "bush league", they need to quit over analyzing it. I enjoy every episode and can't wait for the next week to come out. Each one is funny and different, and it's the sound effects and sound clips that make the show what it is. Even though random segments may tend to drift in here and there, soccer is still the main point an it is still manages to get back on topic. All in all, it's a fun and enjoyable podcast that I enjoy listening to each and every time. Keep them coming and Go Revs!

any port in a storm

Struggling to pay attention during E1 with the scattershot format/script. I'd describe it as a wee bit overproduced with the abundance of sound effects impeding the conversational flow. Thirty two minutes later I don't feel any more informed about the overhauled team roster and new formations than when I started.

Production Quality

I usually listen to the podcast on my way to home games. Lately, production quality has been so poor as to make the show unlistenable. Frankly, Jason Dalrymple has to be replaced with someone competent enough to know what volume level is, and knows how to ensure a listenable show. Clearly there is no effort made to have all of the participants’ volumes at similar levels.

Every show, I have to constantly adjust the volume while driving. Jeff usually is the the most audible with others at volumes slightly lower to inaudible. The situation is most intolerable during player interviews. The volume has to be greatly increased to hear player’s answers. Then Jeff responds and The volume is louder than a Foo Fighters show.

I would like to be able to listen to the show again, but Dalrymple’s incompetence makes this too unpleasant. I can’t imagine that I am the only person experiencing this as I don’t have this issue with other pods I listen to.
