Description

Two self-effacing, longtime friends randomly choose a year in cinema history and then pick classic films, movies they've missed along the way, or ones that pique their morbid curiosity, to critique-- uneducatedly.

Customer Reviews

Amazing podcast!!

Matt and Gabe brilliantly (and hilariously) break down classic and nostalgic movies from all decades! As a 90's kid myself, I definitely love the breakdown of all 90's movies! Definitely subscribe! A++ podcast!

Well Polished, Produced, and Paired!

Unlike of a LOT of movie review pods out there, Gabe and Matt have a great rapport with no um... like... floundering for words constantly. They're quick and focused but still conversational while they speak. And they speak knowledgeably about their content (which should be a given but you'd be surprised)! These guys are very well produced. They just have great audio quality all around. From their mics/recording space (it doesn't sound like they're recording in a bathroom) and how they switch seamlessly between clips of the movie they review with no sudden drops in quality. They've truly made a professional grade podcast! Bravo gents on a pod well done!

Buried treasures!

Matt and Gabe have great chemistry and are fun to listen to, and I've loved learning about some forgotten films of yesteryear.
