There's only so much you can discuss on the radio, so in this podcast - morning host Riggs takes things OFF the radio. Whether it's off topic, off color, off putting, maybe even a little off track at times, no matter what - Riggs will keep it interesting. New episodes drop every Friday (and perhaps even a bonus episodes here and there when the mood strikes him.) You've probably heard Riggs on the radio, now hear him OFF the radio in this weekly podcast.
||CleanMENtalHealthMonday - Getting 'Mental Health First Aid' Certified!||We've all heard of a First-AID kid, and most people would know how to use one. You've dressed a wound after falling and scraping your knee. But what exactly is MENTAL HEALTH first aid? I took a class to get certified and found out. While I won't go through EVERYTHING they teach in the class, I'll give you a basic understanding as to WHY it's a good idea to do - even if its just to educate yourself on Mental Health as a whole, being able to help someone who is in mental distress could be critical. Much like First Aid, it's not something you would use ALL THE TIME, but when its needed - you could help save someone's life. Find out all about Mental Health First Aid in this week's MENtal Health Monday.||12/3/2018||Free||View in iTunes|
||CleanEP10 - Vote For Pedro - Napoleon Dynamite's Efren Ramirez Talks about the new Q&A tour!||VOTE FOR PEDRO!!! Napoleon Dynamite is celebrating over 15 years since the release, and touring the country - showing the movie and doing a Q&A session afterwards with some of the stars of the film. I caught up with Efren Ramirez, who played Pedro in the classic film, about what he's been up to, what you can expect at the live Q&A with the cast, and even got in a little political discussion, oddly enough - as this interview took place the day after the Thousand Oaks shooting in California, right by where he lives...Check out PEDRO on this week's Riggs OFF the radio podcast.||11/12/2018||Free||View in iTunes|

Love it!! God knows I love Ally and Gibbons, but Riggs’ perspective, comments and jokes always get me-so excited he’s got a podcast now, and I can listen to some Riggs not just in the morning :)
Riggs on the Move!
Love how this podcast isn’t in a room with different guests like any other podcast. Riggs takes the show to the guests! Check out episode 3 for example, he goes to a Family Video to answer the question we’ve all probably asked at one point or another - how are they still open??
Can’t wait to hear where he goes next and who he talks to in future episodes.
