Introspective, self-aware, humble, and extremely listenable! I can’t wait to see where this podcast goes, but I know I’ll be tuning in for every episode as soon as it drops!

Finally the content I've been searching for!
I am delighted that in 2018 we are finally having focused conversations about mental health. I have trouble finding podcasts that go beyond just being cool and interesting. There are not enough of them that go a step further into something that I can really relate and relay the focus to my own life. This first episode was piercing and reflective. I'm hooked already and I can't wait to hear more stories from those in my community!
