Balanced and passionate
I loved the interview with Alex Silver the coach in Livermore. What a great coach! He's so focused on what is best for his kids not just on winning. He seems so balanced in his approach and at the same time passionate about what he is doing. His swimmers are really lucky.
Excellent source of ideas and development for swim coaches (and swimmers and parents)
As a life long student of competitive swimming (and parent of swimmers), I really value the Ritter Sports Performance podcast. In more than 100 interviews with a wide-range of coaches, including some of the best in the world, Chris manages to capture old, new and emerging "best practices" and "lessons learned" that can improve coaching and, utlimately, performance. I'm also impressed by his consistency and commitment to producing useful content. I would highly recommend to coaches interested in improving their own performance. Mature swimmers will also benefit. Parents who want to learn more about the sport will also enjoy it.
Best content for swim coaches
Chris does a great job of interviewing coaches on his podcast. The coaches have really opened up about what makes a successful coach and inspired me to be a better coach. Finally the content he is supplying is the best available for any swim coach willing to listen.
