Solid words from a great trainer.
This guy has an awesome passion for what he does, working with Ritter, by far, has been the most efficient & effective personal training experience I have ever had. Not only did he help me get into better shape, but he also gave me the knowledge I need to condition properly & effectively when away from the gym. Working with this guy has truly been an honor and a gift, 5 stars all the way.
Knowledgable & effective
Chris at Ritter Sports Performance is incredibly knowledgable, experienced and humble! He pays attention to the details and knows how to get you to your goals efficiently and without injury. He will empower you to achievements you never thought possible and support you every step of the way. Working with Chris has been enlightening one of the greatest decisions i've ever made.
RITTER Sports Performance
I am a fan of podcasts- I listen to them all the time. I also have had the opportunity to work with many different trainers throughout the years. Chris has, by far, been the most knowledgable and most effective trainer that I have ever had. In a short amount of time, I have become stronger, more flexible and for the first time, have the confidence that I can really make my goals become a reality. Listening to the podcasts is an added bonus: it is supplementing what I am learning from my training and giving me another means to learn more about myself, my body and how I can become stronger and healthier and live a more balanced life. I highly recommend these podcasts.
