Smart Fitness Coach - Kettlebell Training

Just wanted to say "thanks" for producing great content on fitness. I'll admit when I saw the subject, "kettlebell training", I was thinking the podcast wouldn't be very good. But it was. In fact, the content was great! You have changed my opinion on using kettlebells for working out. I just checked and my gym actually has them, but they do not get used very much. Until now.

Obviously I have a lot to learn about using kettlebells properly, which is why I subscribed to your podcast. I hope you do more podcasts on kettlebell training, especially for us beginners.
