Very Informative & A Great Listen

Whether you’re a new or long time runner this is a must listen podcast as Julie and Lisa share their training tips and bring in experts to delve further on a variety of key topics for all runners. Each show is very informative and very easy to listen to.

Awesome, Relevant Podcast

Being a past Boston participant, I love listening to all the advice for the next time I go back. They also have relevant information for all runners such as how to train in adverse weather and mantras you can say. Being a runner for thirty plus years, I’m also learning a lot too. Keep up the awesome job!
