Wellness junkies: you’ve found gold

Do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast. If you are into wellness, optimal health, being active, or just need a little positive inspiration in your life, podcast host Julia Hanlon interviews runners, yogis, hikers, marathoners, ultra marathoners, triathletes, and gets a beautiful glimpse into the lives of some seriously inspiring, motivated people doing really cool things. You also get to hear about their nutritional philosophy and what inspires them. I listen to this while out running and walking the dog and get super stoked to be more awesome in my own life. Julia has a talent for asking poignant questions. Check it out and it will brighten your day/life!

So much depth!

A few episodes in (barely a dent!) I'm hooked. Julia has an array of excellent guests covering so many aspects of health and wellness. It's not all running or yoga, but all angles of healthy living and adventure. There really is something for everyone here.


I love the variety of guests Julia hosts on the podcast. She has a warmth and ease with her guests that makes listening to their stories so interesting! Julia’s podcasts wake me up and keep me inspired and smiling! I definitely recommend listening.
