Informative perspective

I appreciate what Greg does on this show. I’ve learned a lot about the industry and the RV lifestyle by listening. Like several other reviewers, I could use a little less political bloviating, esp. as Greg’s views generally don’t comport with my own. Maybe it’s a generational thing, but I suspect that many younger listeners, that new generation of RVers that Greg rightly refers to as the future of the industry, will also be turned off by the politics. Overall, I enjoy the show and am grateful for Greg’s perspective.

This talent-less guy (Greg) does for a living what any elementary school aged child could do, comb the Internet for RV related news and then post those links to his website. He delivers this podcast with the same lack of talent. Because of this "job" he created for himself, he "thinks" he's an expert about the RV industry. What a joke. From his own words, he has only owned ONE RV in his life, and he bought it when it was over a decade old. This podcast is not worth your time whether you're in the industry or a consumer. Beware of a few out there like him that have no REAL expertise in the RV industry, yet try to pass themselves off as experts.

Good and bad

I’m just an RVer and don’t work in the industry, which is the main focus of the podcast. I glean enough interesting information from it to stay subscribed. And I really like the shorter version Greg has started doing this year.

Sometimes the interviews interest me and sometimes they don’t. A recent episode was a great example … it started with an interview with someone in the NPS about the Centennial this year. Great. Then Greg interviewed somebody from the industry and it was as boring as watching a centipede lace its’ shoes.

But one of the biggest problems with this podcast is that Greg can’t seem to keep politics and his personal political views out of the podcast. I’m not dinging him for what his views are … some I agree with and some I don’t. On the most recent episode Greg called the Presidential candidates “bozos.” While I can’t sit here and say that I disagree with him on that, until he learns to keep politics out of this podcast he’s not exactly showing himself to be highly intelligent, either...
