Simple lessons for life
This is my new favorite podcast. Very short thoughts to change my thoughts about how to live life.
A brisk podcast with a great springboard for mental support
I found this podcast through happenstance. I gave the first episode a listen and found it to be a relaxing podcast to listen to.
I really like how Ms. Hendriksen's episodes feels like an analysis of a topic related to mental health. I know that it's not a substitute for a session with a trained psychologist, but it feels nice to hear about how to deal with a subject that I am not sure how to phrase.
I have been sleeping better since I heard the episode on feeling tired, and I feel better about my desire to clean instead of just get down to that second novel draft.
Pardon my rambling enthusiasm. But I am looking forward to the next episode!
