Driveway Moment

The way Sean and Aaron banter would make you think this was simply a relaxed conversation between friends. It is that, and yet it's a whole lot more. They discuss productive and healthy creative habits and processes while focusing equally on how to run a successful business whether in the field of design, custom typography, music or audio editing.

Each episode is full of insight into the practices of professionalism necessary for freelancing that are entirely missing from most traditional art and design programs in higher education. Sean and Aaron fill that gap with this show. To sum up, there are some podcasts that I listen to in order to go to sleep. This is not one of them.

Old Enough to Know Better

The podcasts have really been an inspiration to me. I am a stay at home mom who has been looking for her "passion" again. I think I know what I used to love doing, but stuff has definitely gotten in the way of the dreams I once had. Your podcasts have given me courage and know how to go out and do what I once loved again. Styles and technology have changed so much that I have so much to refresh. I have been thinking I am too old to be creative any more. There are so many young, hip artists and designers I get discouraged that what I have to offer could not be worth anything. I didn't realize until I started reading your newsletter emails that I am not the only one who feels that way, and that I shouldn't let that stop me from trying.

The perfect podcast for professionals

This podcast has altered the course of my life.

I’ve learned about how to truly become a professional, how to grow my business, how to make a living with my passion, and so, so much more. The seanwes podcast provides an insane amount of value in a number of areas, from professionalism, attracting customers, growing a business, pricing strategy, creating experiences for customers, overcoming fear and stress — and even things I wasn’t even thinking about, like financial advice, ideas for content creation, and how to stay motivated. It’s changed the way I think. The value this podcast provides transcends any industry — it’s as relevant to artists and designers as it is to restaurant owners, consultants, or woodworkers.

The amount of value that Sean and Ben produce twice a week is unreal. This podcast is unique in that it’s the “perfect storm” of value, production quality, and consistency — all without sponsors or advertisements. It’s really a breath of fresh air. I look forward to every single episode. I can only imagine the amount of effort involved with producing such a high-quality, hour-long show twice a week without fail.

The seanwes podcast is a flawlessly perfect balance of value and entertaining conversational discussion. Sean and Ben have a unique dynamic through their different backgrounds and personality types, which leads to a value-rich show without slow points or off-topic chit-chat. It’s a joy listening to the two of them deliver truly fiery value.

Do yourself a favor and subscribe to this podcast; I’m confident it’ll change your life like it has mine. I can’t quantify the amount of value it has added to my life.
