Stopped listening

I’ve been listening for a year but I quit listening after the last episode which implied that “silver foxes” (those over 55) were not as “technologically proficient” as younger people and that women who do not work full time “have the time” to explore using an Ereader. I’m over 55, I’m an indie author, technologically “savvy” (wow! Imagine that!) and found the entire tone of the segment derogatory.

Great, To the Point, a Great Niche-Filler

I really like the show. I think you’re fulfilling a vital niche by providing up-to-date…um…updates…on the world of self-publishing and book marketing. And I really, really like that you’re keeping it brief and to the point. I love SPP and Creative Penn Podcast and the Rocking Self-Publishing Podcast, but they’re all hour-long commitments, and it’s FANTASTIC to go for a short drive and be able to finish your show by the time I get there and back.

Love the Bad Man and the Jazzy One

I'm new to the Sell More Books Show but have gone back through over 40 episodes to listen to the Bad Man Bryan Cohen and Jazzy Jim Kukral to hear what they had to say in past episodes. Their stuff they release each week is super helpful to authors wanting to sell their work. Their old podcasts are just as relevant too. Although the world's longest river has changed how it does business, and there are plenty of references in old episodes to them, there is still a plethora of information to glean from the old and new alike. If you're serious about writing and selling books, check out these guys.
