There's a great scene in the movie "Jerry Maguire" where Jerry's mentor, Dicky Fox, points first at his heart and then his head and says "If this is empty, this doesn't matter." That's why you need to listen to this gem of a show. If you don't have soul in your selling, you'll have neither.
