Only the Best from Seoul, South Korea
An informative, entertaining and funny look at living in Korea as an Expat. The guests always bring something new to the table with their different views and experiences on living and working in "The Hermit Kingdom". Hosts Joe and Jennifer (and occasional fill-in Stafford) bring a host of knowledge about Korea (OK not so much Stafford - he's just the loud Kiwi) and ask engaging and witty questions of their guests. The length is excellent for those long commutes into Seoul from the boonies of Anyang and contribute to many an embarrassing moment laughing out loud in the subway while I'm listening to my iPod. Great Podcast!
This should be required listening for anyone considering teaching in Korea or anyone interest in speding time in the ROK.
This is the straight scope, for better or for worse. Give a listen and buy a beer.
Been Listening To This One & It's Spinoff Since 2005.
I have been meaning to send my love to this one since the early days but have been shy. I listened to this podcast for the 5 year duration that I lived in Seoul, and now I listen to it to keep up with current events and reminisce. They give you a pretty realistic idea of the life of an expat in Korea. I look forward to this show and shudder at the thought of the day this show ceases. Unfortunately there is nothing like it out there. Thanks guys for making us life and keeping us posted!
