Sean Croxton Is The Epitome Of Podcasting Class And Professionalism

For those of you who are new to the name Sean Croxton, let me tell you a little something about this incredible trailblazer. He’s been out there doing his thing for over a decade first on YouTube and then here on iTunes spreading his intense love and mad passion for helping others in their pursuit of becoming the best possible version of themselves they can be.

While he got into this out of desire to see people maximize the opportunities to better their health, an interesting transition happened in Sean’s work—he became a lot more fascinated by the human stories behind the people he interviewed. This has been a work in progress I’ve witness firsthand in the past few years and it’s a sign of major maturity and growth that everyone who follows his work has seen coming for a while.

As a fellow longtime podcaster, I have always admired the way Sean is able to bring out the very best in every guest he interviews. It’s a masterful skill that he has honed down to a science without coming across as overly rehearsed or robotic. Sean is Sean and makes no apologies for it. He inspires me to continue to get better and better and my own craft and I’m grateful for the example he has been for me, his legion of fans, and other podcasters to step up our game and be who we authentically are.

This is why I’m excited for Sean’s latest show The Sessions because it will take what he started with Underground Wellness Radio (go back and listen if you haven’t already) to new heights and delve deeply into the human side of things unlike any other podcast you’ve ever listened to before. Subscribe now and soak in the wisdom, entertainment value, and life lessons you are about to enjoy in the months and years to come.

I’m proud of you Sean Croxton and I’m honored to call you a colleague and, most importantly, a friend. Keep being and doing you as only you can. Peace out!

Best interviewer

I agree with Sean's first guest on this new podcast. His fascinating guest, Bob Proctor, said that Sean is the best, most prepared, interviewer that he has encountered in his many interviews. Sean's previous podcast project, Underground Wellness, is a treasure trove of excellent interviews on health and fitness. This premier interview of The Sessions shows that Sean's curiosity and graciousness with his guests is not limited in scope.

Glad Sean's back!

While the entire episode was enlightening, the last ten or so minutes summed up why UG Wellness was so popular and why The Sessions will be too. Sean comes to the interview crazy prepared and excited to have a conversation. Even though the guests sometimes get long-winded, Sean stays focused and respectful. In the case of Bob Proctor, Sean's respect for him came thru and even Mr. Proctor got a bit choked up toward the end. He deserved the respect Sean gave him, and I say that never having heard of Mr. Proctor before this episode. I wish I'd had the forethought to sit down with my grandfather and have such an in-depth convo with him before he passed. The success of that generation can and should teach us all something. Job well done, Sean!
