Excellent podcast

I am so glad you started this podcast. It should be renamed to ‘Debunking WFPB diet myths' :-).. Thanks for your herculean efforts and unwavering commitment for getting this information out to the masses. It is much appreciated!

Well researched

Clearly a well-researched podcast and I love Happy Herbivore! My only critique is that the delivery feels a little stiff, since the information is being read from a well-prepared script. It would be great if you could have a cohost and a conversation, which would lead to a more natural and spontaneous delivery. Love the information, keep up the great work you do!

Informative and easy to understand

Really impressed with this podcast. I'm not a big fan of the other one because it seems more motivational, but this is all science, in all its imperfect glory. I recommend checking it out.

I've tried getting into some epigenetics podcasts but sadly they're too technical. Lindsey really breaks down modern nutrition research, it's like getting the results without having to trudge through the data.

I appreciate that since we are in a weird time when what you learn in school isn't right, like my nutrition 101 that taught me to eat 6 small meals and make sure I get enough protein (seriously, the nutrition I don't have a problem with as a vegan, omnis must OD on it). Also figured I should mention that I have yet to purchase these meal plans, but I have modified my diet based on her oil free, reduced calorie approach. I've lost some weight! And weirdly see more value in the meal plans after losing weight than I did when I was heavier (I decided to purchase the next time they go on sale). She doesn't try hard selling the service either, it's really just a nicely informative and understandable podcast.
