Sift the Podcast is the podcast that sifts through history one Devil at a time. Hosted by Liz Wilshin, you can find it on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, SoundCloud, Stitcher, or wherever podcasts are found. All bonus content goes to raise funds for nonprofits because we want to fight against future Devils one day at a time. Remember, idle ears are the Devil's playthings.

what a treat

A captivating dichotomy of the deepest darkest psychological theories mixed with a healthy light serving of baking (which as I learned is indeed a science). The two hosts have fun chemistry, and Liz provides interesting knowledge on the subject while keeping it DIGESTABLE (do you see what I did there??) with her personality and banter. Excited to hear more.

Excellent rapport

A good podcast is as much about the rapport between its hosts and the quality of the conversation as it is about the subject matter itself. In its pilot episode, Sift hosts Liz and Bill prove themselves capable of engaging in lively, entertaining discussion while also baking and discussing a whole bunch of stuff I did not know about Freud. Come for the recipes, stay for the theory, return for the rapport.

very fun

My favorite kind of podcasts are ones that just sound like listening in on friends having a conversation, and Sift is perfect for that. Also I enjoy listening to Bill being terrible at baking.
