Excellent and informative
Great and very informative , research based podcast on powerlifting. Same high quality information I've come to expect from Danny on the Sigma nutrition podcast.
A Perfect Compliment to SNR
As always, Danny asks very good questions, and all of the guests thusfar (four as of this review) have been stellar. As with SNR, be prepared to question yourself from time to time, and be willing to invest some thought into the points brought up. You'll likely end up a better lifter for it.
Sigma for Powerlifters
For a long time I have admittedly been scrolling through the sigma shows, looking for the podcasts most relevant to myself as a powerlifter. To have such a concentrated, specific source of information and interviews was probably one of the better birthday presents this year (three dropped my birthday week, it can't be a coincidence! Haha) amazing podcast, I've learned so much in just three installments. Can't wait for future episodes!
