Great Debut

Great start to a very informative podcast on the third branch! Dahlia is is always fantastic and brilliant!

Aside from left-liberal bias, pretty great

A very informative and entertaining podcast. Most weeks a must listen, but Dahlia does not do a very good job of showing her scorn for conservative positions and therefore doesn’t do as well as she could in responding to arguments on the other side. Sometimes her admiration and fawning for another liberal law school professor guest as they both assume it’s obvious who should win a case is funny and sometimes just too much to bear.

So far, so good!

I’m so glad Slate added this to their collection of podcasts. I don’t have time to peruse SCOTUSBlog, so this seems like it will be a helpful digest of important Supreme and Appellate Court decisions. Dahlia is a great host and I look forward to more episodes.
