Encouraging and motivational

I feel really encouraged by Dr. Michelle Robin and her approach to starting with the small things for incremental shifts in my wellbeing. I tend to be an “all or nothing” type, but I quickly get overwhelmed and throw the baby out with the bath water. It’s great to be reminded I really can start small, feel better, and learn wellness habits I can sustain!
