Sonic Realms honors and enhances the stories that emerge organically from pen and paper role playing games. Sessions are recorded on the spot, then later edited and enhanced with sound effects, a cinematic score, and a full cast. The end result is an adventure unlike any other! The first rpg adventure takes place in the Shadowrun universe. Listen with headphones for maximum immersion! Entertaining & intriguing

Production was well done. The thought of the game being played behind the scenes is a fun twist. Looking forward to finding out how this unfolds!

I can't wait to hear more! It's approachable even if you're not into role-playing games; I can't say there's anything like it. It's like a really well done, immersive audio book, but you know the dice are effecting the story behind the scenes. It's like, all of the best, story driven parts of role playing with NONE of the boring stuff!

The voice players/actors are really good as well. All in all it's a fun story to listen to, and the length of the episodes are perfect. So good!

Innovative and immersive

This is such a cool idea executed with great skill. Even though role players are playing and improvising, the effect is more like listening to a really good sci fi story. The music is great and evocative of your favorite 80s science fiction and the sound effects really pull you into the futuristic world. The voice acting is quite good and there's a pretty large cast. It's like an audiobook that feels more real - the way great podcasts do. I had the pleasure of playing Curt Meiso (so yes I'm tooting my own horn with the voice acting), but listening to the finished product is a whole different experience. It's a testament to how well put together the whole production is that it's still immersive even though I had a role to play in creating it.
