Description

Sonic Realms honors and enhances the stories that emerge organically from pen and paper role playing games. Sessions are recorded on the spot, then later edited and enhanced with sound effects, a cinematic score, and a full cast. The end result is an adventure unlike any other! The first rpg adventure takes place in the Shadowrun universe. Listen with headphones for maximum immersion! Work of art

I don’t get to play Shadowrun much anymore. This is beyond an actual play. Love the editing and use of so many awesome effects. Just listened to the first two years. Great stuff.

Highest production values!

Even if you aren't into Shadowrun, you should check out what Paul and his cast are doing in this podcast. They have figured out a way to make a tabletop RPG translate into a seamless open-ended radio drama. They love the "day to day" of the setting. Their game isn't a rush from one combat encounter to the next. I think if I had a wish, it would be to get to "action" faster. Again, you need to give this one a listen and enjoy the 6th World!

One of a kind

This show is a master craft. It takes the events that happen at the table and turns those events and dice rolls into a fully produced show. Production value is high and you can definitely feel the heart that Paul puts into it.
