Some of these stories are really amazing. My favorite is from the episode Trial and Error. It's a story about a woman who decides to get a hole drilled in her head--to feel better. I was alternating between laughing and grabbing my face in discomfort. Not every story is run-and-tell-your friends incredible, but they all have something to recommend them, and the best rank on par with This American Life. If you're finding yourself short on podcasts, I'd recommend adding this to your list.

This podcast is very intimate and always makes me consider how it relates to my life, unlike many other story-telling podcasts which I binge on as almost mindless entertainment. I want to play that one part for my roommate. I bring up that point they make so I can explore it further while I'm grabbing drinks with friends. This podcast is inspiring.

Can't get enough!

I am so glad all the episodes are up! I live in San Francisco and I can't always hear the show on KZSU. I've listened to all of radiolab and this American life, and this is the next best thing. Each episode i've heard is entertaining and thought provoking. They've got stories, they've got science, the've got humor and grit. I can't believe it's the work of students. I bet Ira Glass will snatch them up as soon as they graduate!
