Description
There are many True Crime podcasts available; each offering a different perspective to the genre. Each with their own niche that pulls the listener in by tugging at their heartstrings or their funny bone, in one way or another. What we aim to do with Status: Pending is make you think. We want you to feel as though you're connected to the case. We want you to feel something. The cases that we are going to cover have discrepancies of some sort and may not be well-known. They are either unsolved, prematurely closed, or open without any solid leads. We want to get these stories out to the public, for the family and for the victim. Join us every month for a different case - which will be a different chapter in our podcast - as we take a 3-part look into the facts. We’ll have interviews, expert opinions, and more. We’ll also be looking for suggestions from you for cases to take on as we move forward.

Disgusting victim blaming
How dare you state you think Jayme closs had social media interaction with her abductor despite her and law enforcement saying otherwise. You are further victimizing a child and making her feel responsible for her parents murder. This child had to save herself and now has to defend herself against podcast host trolls. I plan to unsubscribe and trash you and your podcast all over social media and all over true Crime forums the way you have to this poor young girl. Who cares if you know a cop or are related to a cop.....you aren’t qualified to give an opinion on my weekly garbage. I’m incensed and disgusted by the hosts. This explains why your show has such horrible reviews. It’s a garbage podcast with garbage hosts. You both have low moral character. All your podcasts should be trashed.
Not so bad
I’m kinda hooked, been looking for a few new podcasts and this caught my attention, I like it’s calming narrative. Got me going to the 2nd episode so has my respect ✊
Not so good
Episodes are too short.
Female commentator just reads without any voice inflections. She may be good in time but not yet.
Interesting cases.
