Customer Reviews

So. Much. Real.

Step 3 is a real podcast about business and life. Ian doesn't pretend to know all the answers to life and all it's mysteries. He speaks from the gut. I recommend it to anyone who is sick of business podcasts by people who are faking it to seem like they're an expert.

Authentic observations with heart and personality

It's a new show but it's clear that Ian is speaking from experience and putting himself out there the way that he sees it. The personal touch is refreshing is a sea of stuff that sounds the same.

The podcast we deserve

One fateful morning Ian woke up, donned his glasses, peered insightfully out of his frost covered window and gazed in wonder at a world lacking counsel and direction. It struck him that this world was so helpless; so wrecked with confusion. From every direction and at all times conflicting communications compounded complicated concerns and none were capable of navigating the challenges of this life. He looked out and pondered for a long time what might be done for he is a generous and thoughtful person full of wisdom and compassion.

He stood there wrestling with the question of what his contribution to society might be and what manner in which he may combat the merciless onslaught of misinformation and anxiety which we all face daily. With no consideration of personal gain or legacy, rather only a purely unselfish love for humankind, he deliberated.

Until. At last. He spoke.

"I think I'll start a podcast."
