This podcast is the perfect blend of compelling personal stories, understandable practical advice and sincere motivation for anyone seeking to build strength and fitness. Jonny has racked up (ha!) many achievements as a cross-fit athlete, trainer and coach, but there's no reason to be intimidated by his credentials and impressive level of personal fitness. He's a super smart, caring, down-to-earth guy, and all of the podcast episodes I've listened to so far reflect that. Jonny's focus on movement and mobility -- executing lifts in the gym with proper form to build strength AND support activities in every day living -- makes his approach relevant to people of all ages and fitness levels. In addition to sharing his own experiences on the podcast, Jonny interviews some very cool guests and asks great questions to provide additional perspectives.
