STW Radio is broadcast on AM radio weekly. It was born out of the crisis of 2008 and was the mission of its host, Bruce Weide, (President of TAX-FREE Benefit Specialists & Insurance Services), to fill a massive void in most American's retirement portfolio. This safety net would have literally saved them any grief in the crash of '08-'09 and let them pick right back up on the historic gains from there. Today, most of America seems to believe that the government has made everything all better now, and investment risk is a thing of the past - 2008 is never coming back or will always get fixed if it does. Well, the fact is that you do not have to give up growth to get safety too. The difference is that only the wealthy seem to have old style pensions any more, yet any working retirement saver SHOULD have such an element in their own portfolio.

Over the top...

I'm sure the advice and information is interesting, but the sound effects every 10 seconds makes him sound like the hacks doing a local morning show. Its to the point that I can't take the info seriously... Couldn't get through 20 minutes without finally ending it. Quit the sound effects and I will be happy to give it another shot, pal...

Interesting advice, need to plan like this for retirement!

The truth is we have all seen the disastrous effects of the 2008 crash... and people who had all of their retirement in the stock market are SOL (S*#t Out of Luck) right now. Bruce of Straight Talk Wealth Radio is offering an alternative solution. In a nutshell, it's a pension plan, only it's a personally financed pension plan. It sounds like a great way to guarantee a future steady income to pay the bills when you are retired. Unfortunately I am not at the point of having enough extra income to invest in ANYTHING right now... but the day will come when I need to think seriously about retirement, and Bruce's "retirement roadmap" seems to be the way to go. Have a listen, the "sound effects" aren't as bad as the other reviewer makes them out to be- didn't particularly bother me. See for yourself.

Good info, bad sound effects

I like the content but the goofy sounds are too much. The incessant blurbs for the upcoming seminars are too much too. There was more airtime pushing the seminar than there was interview with the gold bust guest. Enough already.
