Robb is the creator of the syndicated cartoon “JumpStart” and he is a mentor for The Armstrong Project from Peanuts Worldwide, which helps develop Black artists. “Peanuts” creator Charles Schulznamed the Black “Peanuts” character “Franklin Armstrong” after Robb.
