Imagine yourself breathing in an infused steam from a steam bath… feeling calmer already. Water is key. Let’s play with your body’s hydration by creating a quick rejuvenating steam bath. Your very next shower you can simply turn the water up to a high heat for 60 seconds and breath in the steam of the shower, then turn the water down to a freezing cold. Try to stay in the cold shower for at least 15 seconds (count it out!). When you step out of the cold shower into room temperature drink a large glass of water. If your performance does not automatically include play you can still build some in! Here is a game we call WARM & FUZZY and it gets you feeling all the feels and winning. Try it out as a family in the car (kills time nicely) or try it out with other parents in the bleachers. GAME: You need at least 2 players You need 1 statement - for this version of the game the statement is “You’re on Fire” The game is to attach the statement to a situation, a picture, a thought - anything really and share it with the other players. This is called a move. How good your moves are will determine if you win the game.
