Funny and Brilliant
The Superego podcast is a great mix of old-school radio drama techniques, stream-of-consciousness, existential-style humor, and just plain funny. Set against the format of "case studies" of varying psychological profiles, the skits and sketches range from the absurd to the thought-provoking. Highly recommended.
Case Study: Superego. Diagnosis: Shared Psychotic Disorder
Superego has earned its rank as the third tier of the psychic apparatus...and I almost soiled my pants. Witty, random skits that made me choke on my orange/banana juice. Each case study brings you one step closer to various ducts in your body violently emptying themselves from convulsive laughter. I'm still trying to figure out exactly which bits are scripted and what's improvised, not that I care so long as they keep getting made. Highly recommended.
