Treat your body with some respect
Great podcast for how you can treat your body better. I like the fact that the episodes are just 30 minutes long. It's the perfect length.
After the first episode I came away with a new perspective on my own daily life and how I could improve it. I made some changes and I already have noticed some improvements. 30 minutes is right. Thank you Rene & Jeff.
Very important topics
The timing of this podcast hit me so well, as I've been into the barefoot running this year and spent the last year and a half clearing up an RSI disorder in my elbow and some prior back damage.
This is an excellent show on getting your body tuned to it's full potential and offers very good guidelines for staying healthy and functional for the long haul.
