Terrific info
After the first episode I came away with a new perspective on my own daily life and how I could improve it. I made some changes and I already have noticed some improvements. 30 minutes is right. Thank you Rene & Jeff.
Great!
You must listen to what it says.
Must hear info!
The topics in these podcasts contain little gems of information to live a balanced functional lifestyle. Geoff addresses many issues and I have been following and incorporating many of his teachings for the past 6 years. I can move my body in ways I've never imagined, increased my mobility, increased my strength and resilience, and I'm only in my 40's. :-) Also, I'm more aware and in tune with my body. Do yourself a favor, look Geoff up, do your research, and make your self super functional!
