Show is good, questions promote conversation and long answers from the guest. I came specifically to listen to Eric Hinman. One thing I didn't like was the host stole the "3 truths" wrap up from the school of greatness podcast. He almost repeats everything in his closing statements word for word from Lewis Howes. Kind of a bummer and wish he would come up with his own closing.
Run the Edge
Loved this episode. Loved hearing about their journey to where they got started with running and how it lead them to where they are now. Dynamic duo. Especially loved the comment about find intention in every single day.
Good Listen During Workouts
I like the host's style and guests. Good blend of fitness and non-fitness questions/topics, sometimes getting his guests to think out their own box. Keep 'em coming!
