Description

‘Swede As’ is comprised of two boisterous Australians (Sheona Urquhart and Tania Doko) with a brave Swede (Brian Modin) caught in the middle. It’s a light-hearted take on all the wonderful quirks that come with moving to Stockholm, the fun differences between the two countries and what life is like living closer to the North Pole.

Great look at Sweden for expats!

I absolutely love this show- it’s so great to hear from expats in Sweden about what it’s like to live there - the differences and the similarities! - and also to have a native Swede there to share his experience and knowledge as well as just some general context to how things work in Sweden.
Beyond just being informative, the show is also funny! The hosts all have a great chemistry - they each get a fair share of speaking time and they’re all funny in their own right, but they play off of each other really well. I laugh AND learn something new from every episode!

Stick to your countries.

Why must Swedes always feel so sorry they aren't American? A clear example everyone compares to Americans even if they have nothing to do with the USA.
