A great foray in the coffee world
Tom, congratulations this is great start. I envision this podcast becoming the audio equivalent of a coffee university. A forum where coffee enthusiasts can be educated, entertained,challenged. If you have the time and the energy you can make it a really worthwhile venture that will attract coffee lovers around the world who are thirsty for pertinent information.
Unpretentious window into the world of coffee
All I can say is wow. This is not some coffee snob talking about the details of the bean du jour. I've listened to all four podcasts so far, and have been fascinated to learn about the people who grow coffee, their language(s), what its like to be in the coffee business, and yes, how to roast coffee using a popcorn popper. Can't wait for the next one.
