Do you want to live a healthier and more robust life? The key to living a full, healthy, and joyous life lies within the foods we eat—and our relationship to them. Because health isn’t accurately measured by the circumference of your waist or how much you can bench press- true vitality is measured by how you feel, not just physically but deep within. Olympic medalist Dotsie Bausch alongside Baywatch actress and certified health coach, Alexandra Paul, take listeners of all ages on a journey to optimal health and stamina through plant based eating. Dotsie and Alexandra, who both fought back from severe food addictions in their twenties, interview expert nutritionists, pro athletes, innovative thought leaders, physicians and plant-based celebrities. Through their stories, you’ll learn how to optimize your health and pave a path for a more meaningful life. So get inspired and join the Switch4Good revolution.

I really enjoyed this podcast and hearing Adam Sud’s story and journey recapturing his life. It is quite remarkable. This is a must listen to for anyone that is struggling with their health and diet.

Great, surprising info!

I learned a lot of useful, new info here that I'd just never come across before. Makes me rethink the place of milk and cheese in my diet. Thanks!

If Tim Ferriss did a podcast solely about food, this would be it - hosts Paul and Bausch want you to improve your life, interviewing guests who offer insightful science-based facts on the foods that will do that, and those that won't. Since Paul and Bausch are both vegan it would be easy to dismiss them as just a couple of evangelicals pushing their animal-rights-based values Instead the two shows I've listened to offer practical facts from two doctors who are interested in the health of their patients and come from that perspective. I've learned more from these two podcasts than years of digging around on my own for a healthful diet. Plus both Paul and Bausch forego the mindless chat and really let their expert guests talk. Listen. You won't regret it.
