Great inteview style and an awesome podcast concept
I am a fan of Andy Storch's Entrepreneur Hot Seat Podcast, and that's how i found the Talent Development Hot Seat. I just checkout out the first two episodes, and he has hit something great here. You know it's a great show when the topic isn't within your career field, but it keeps your attention and draws you in. Andy's style of interviewing is engaging, curious, informative and still a lot of fun. Great show, and I'm looking forward to the future interviews he's got lined up!
