So glad I subscribed!

With so many awesome cultural options available in Durham and Chapel Hill, it can be difficult to separate the signal from the noise. When I found out about this podcast I figured I would give it a shot– I’m so glad I did. I’ve enjoyed hearing the people who are active in the community speak about their passions, whether that’s collecting books for children or opening new restaurants or brewing delicious craft beers.

I love seeing that a new episode of “Talk of our Towns” is available on my iPhone!

Almost as good as the magazine!

I love Chapel Hill and Durham Magazines but I had never listened to a podcast before so I was unsure about this. I am so glad I decided to listen and subscribe. Everything that I love about the magazine is included in the podcast: best places to shop, current local obsessions, and delicious restaurants to try. Andrea Griffith Cash’s personality is so dynamic that she makes the conversations and interviews with locals incredibly engaging. And the length of the podcast is perfect for a daily commute or lunch break!

Engaging, lively, fun!

Love this podcast! Andrea books great guests, keeps the conversation moving and informs listeners about cool local products, events, businesses, organizations. I also love that each episode is relatively short. I can listen in my car while running a couple of errands. I have learned a lot about Durham/Chapel Hill through this podcast!
