Brain Candy

I find Stephanie Sarkis’ podcasts to be fascinating and relevant. As a person who has ADHD, I relish every opportunity to learn how the brain works and various techniques for monitoring and controlling my behavior. My drives home from work changed from stressing over traffic to indulging in brain candy. Thanks Stephanie.
