The Kathleen Beller of TVM Podcasts
The absolute best podcast on the TV Movie medium. No has more knowledge of the subject than Amanda Reyes. Co-host Dan Budnik is an encyclopedia of pop culture. Rounding out the trio is Nate who brings a great critical eye & a different generational perspective to the films, when he can stay awake . The film choices are endlessly entertaining and the conversations are like listening to old friends banter about the subtleties of Charles Durnings choice in pith helmets. A great show and one of my personal favorites.
The podcast is coming from inside the house!
A fun podcast about those T.V. movies from those thrilling days of yesteryear. They cover all te networks and cable movies. Some of my faves are the 70's films. Do give this podcast a listen.Highly recommend!
Great Show Examining "Lost Cinema"
MFTVM is a terrifically interesting deep dive into the world of TV movies, a genre of cinema that most people don't really give much though to, but should. The hosts are passionate and deeply knowledgable on their subject, but the show remains light and breezily entertaining. There's a lot of great stuff to be found in the TV movie genre, and this show helps get that across.
