Trevor Ranges and Scott Coates are two intrepid characters with a love for Asia and travel. They’ve lived and worked throughout the region since the late 1990s, dabbling in everything from teaching, to writing guidebooks, voicing radio ads, to running a travel company. This podcast is a pet project to share their favorite bits of travel insight and the work of their many regional contacts with travel enthusiasts who dream of their next big trip (often from their desk at work). We hope you enjoy this podcast as much as we relish putting it together.

Take ME to Thailand!

After my first trip to Thailand and Cambodia to see my brother I can't get enough of hearing more about Thailand! I vicariously travel back there through these podcasts & I can't wait to go back!

Great podcast from two pros

If you're thinking about coming to Southeast Asia and want to get your finger on the pulse of what's happening here Scott and Trevor know their stuff. Both have been in the travel business for many years now, and can give you the kind of insight that only a guy who's been around can. My only gripe is that they don't do them more often.

Smart, Entertaining, Knowledgable travel gurus - love this podcast

I met Scott on a tour in the Andes Mountain Desert 18 years ago and we’ve been great friends ever since. Scott and Trevor are fantastic guys. They’re intelligent, good people who know Asia because they have a passion for it, and they love to share that with others. I always look forward to their new episodes- makes me feel like I’m there experiencing things with them, which I hope to do again one day soon.
