Old friends, new medium

If I didn't know and love most of these people, I'd still listen to this podcast if I could find it. Funny, relatable and sometimes poignant. It's like being a fly on the wall of their living room, minus the sound of NESN in the background.

Who knew I’d enjoy storytelling so much?

I’ve somehow managed to miss out on most of the world of storytelling, despite listening to many podcasts as my primary form of news and entertainment. So here I am surprised and delighted by how much I enjoy this show. After a personal recommendation, I gave it a try, and I’m so glad I did. In just the past three episodes, I’ve experienced euphoric smiles, out loud laughter, and goosebumps. Jennie’s soothing tones are joined by the voices of fantastic guests with colorful lives. Tightly produced with the perfect dose of heart and whimsey, this show just makes me feel good!

I make time for this

I thought my podcast schedule was full, but I knew Jennie as the producer for another great podcast (Daily Tech News Show) and I wanted to at least hear how she was at the microphone. Now I have another podcast in the regular rotation. Jennie tells great stories, and she sure knows some interesting people with great stories of their own. The biggest compliment I can give is that it's one of the rare podcasts I listen to at normal speed, rather than my usual 1.5x, to fully enjoy the stories. I'm looking forward to more.
