What a great podcast

It's great to hear other people's stories and know I'm not alone. Becky's voice is very smooth and calming making the guests feel comfortable telling their story.

Best Bipolar Podcast Available

I’ve been listening to various bipolar podcasts since I was diagnosed in June (and promptly put on an atypical antipsychotic). I find Becky to be very informative, professional, and empathetic. It’s nice to hear she is married and gainfully employed as well. As compared to people like The Normal Bipolar guy, I enjoy her structure inherent within the shows as well as her attention to detail. I also listen to Waking Up Bipolar, but it has been lovely hearing a female perspective. Being bipolar is hard. That B Word makes it easier and feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
