Excellent, Thinking Man's Gaming Show

I discovered this podcast last night and it's already become my favorite show on video games and the gaming industry. They're definitely right up there with X-Play. I love the narrative, conversational style the 1Up staff uses to present their content. There's not a lot of flashy content, only people who love to play and talk about games. And what they've got to say is very informative/entertaining. Worth a look!

The pinnacle of gaming television.

As far as tv shows based on games, this is the best there is. It is painfully obvious why any normal human being would perfer this over electric playground or anything else on G4 television. In some respects this show is much better than x-play, which is the pinnacle of gaming television. Opinionated and well thought out. Catchy theme song and hilarious segments.

I enjoy this as much as any favorite tv show

I love this show to death. You can read about games forever, but it's great to see actual footage on a show like this. You also have a bunch of intelligent and funny people talking about these games, and I feel like I know these people now. And when they throw in occasional random bits of nonsense, I could just fall off my chair laughing. You can tell a lot of hard work goes into The 1UP Show, and it's appreciated.
