Good Podcast, Annoying NOISE
There is a man in the background who constantly says, “mm hmm”. He interrupts Craig Ward often with his annoying “mm hmm” and it eventually gets to the point that I couldn’t listen anymore.
Up until that point, I enjoyed the interview but couldn’t stand it anymore. Had to stop listening.
There is problem with Pam Slim podcast
It stops in the middle. I tried it twice. Please take a look at it since it was very interesting what she was saying.
As a student of design, I found myself gravitated towards the topics of this podcast. The individuals that are interviewed are fantastic and they have a lot of interesting things to say! This would be amazing if they weren't being interrupted constantly by their interviewer. Sean needs to let people finish their thoughts. It seems like they're having to back track too much on what they're talking about because Sean needs to interject with some quip, joke or thought that doesn't add to the conversation.
Additionally, the "mm hmm" drives me insane! After listening to the second podcast it's all I could hear anymore. Sean isn't completely unbearable, so I'm going to try a few more. If it wasn't for the people they interview, I'd split.
