Customer Reviews

Great info, too much ranting.

I have been following Laura for two years now since I found her blog while trying to find some info online about my new autoimmune diagnosis. I love the info her and Kelsey bring to the table but gave a 3 for how they do it.

The first 15 minutes of the show sometimes is them catching up with one another as friends. Which is great... But perhaps they could hit record following this bonding. The shows could be shorter in length, and the information would be easy to digest if their communication style was more concise and to the point without the friendly ranting.

Too Much Chit-Chat Obscures Excellent Perspective

Valuable information and thoughts, with important balance given in the advice, but these hosts need to either change their speaking style, be more focused and disciplined (prepare notes ahead of time maybe), or get a good editor. There is so much wandering and repetition that it's hard to pull out the nuggets of helpful info. The style of "cheery catch-up conversation between friends" doesn't work for those of us who want to use our time efficiently. That said, the educational pieces embedded in the chit-chat are great! Can you take it up a notch - make it more concise and professional?

Used to be great

Loved this podcast at the beginning but lately it seems to be allllll about Adrenal Fatigue.
