This is great!!

This totally makes sense!!

I never actively considered the fact that you have to be likable in order to establish long lasting networks and connections. I too, am awkward when interacting with others and never know what to say after the greeting. How do I strike up small talk? What kind of small talk? How do I leave a lasting mark that will make this individual want to stay connected or remember me?

Starting and developing connections have always been scary. I love this podcast because it helps me to understand that being likable, standing out, and making a lasting impression doesn’t have to be this big scary monster. I look forward to listening/learning more!!

I just listend to Arel's podcast and was very impressed. I will certainly tune in to listen to this series in order to be able to understand specific strategies that go hand in hand with the concept of likeablity. I would say that most people do not understand the concept, but I feel Arel really has a great handle on the subject and an intersting way of presenting the material. I like that he uses personal stories to make his points. I feel it makes what he is saying more credible and I would certainly recommend this podcast to my collegues, students and friends! Great job Arel- keep them coming.

A great podcast to share with students!

Currently I serve as an administrator at a high school that has seen a sharp increase in referrals and disciplinary infractions. I listened to Arel Moodie's Podcast in hopes that I can share with our students the importance of becoming "likable" rather than gaining respect from others through violence. His message was very clear and well delivered. Not only did he give examples of how likability helps you network, but he also gave ideas on how to use likability. In summary, Arel drives home the idea that being likable is the foundation for paving the path to a successful future. I am excited to share this message with all of our grade levels as a way to engage them in choosing good behavior. I will definitely encourage them to tune in to Arel Moodie's future episodes. Great information!
