More Information

This show can be really comforting to know there are other people that struggle with the same problems. But I feel like a lot of times the host focuses too much on the author/ book. The topic of the podcast seems to be lost a lot, focusing more on the author themselves rather than the wide spread issue that I’m coming to listen about. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal but since the podcast is typically only 14 minutes it would be nicer if we got to more of the “meat and potatoes” per say rather than one individuals experience.
