Helpful information

I stumbled upon Stephanie's podcasts and found them so helpful, I binge-listened to them all to catch up. Stephanie offers great information that can be used to help us be more healthy. Her approach to cravings is spot on and I have successful made it through Christmas without binge eating cookies and fudge.

Great new podcast!

I've been following Stephanie's work now for over a year and I was so excited to see that she started up a podcast! She is a wealth of information and her message about our health being about more than the food we eat or a number on a scale really resonates with me. She really helps (women especially) break free from the harmful cycles we can get into surrounding dieting and food by teaching people how to learn to love themselves and nourish their bodies, leaving guilt and a dieting mentality behind. My favorite episode so far is the skin care episode! So much amazing and eye opening information was in that episode! I can't wait to see what she has in store for 2017, if you want to learn more about health and wellness (both mental, emotional, and physical), I highly recommend this podcast!

Finding your why and willpower teaching that work'

I found Stephanie a year ago. I learned I needed a Why to help me be successful in my goal of great health. This advice along with learning I had will power all along I just had to believe it. Through Stephanie's teaching I am achieving good health. If your two weeks into the new year and your not believing in yourself I encourage you to listen to this podcast! It will change your life!
