BirthFit since 2013

I’ve been a huge BirthFit follower and fan since it was just a blog. I had the honor of meeting Dr Lindsey in 2013 at Deuce gym when I was pregnant with my first child. It was my first introduction to prenatal fitness/mindset. BirtFit started it all especially for CrossFit Moms when there wasn’t anything else providing the same guidance. Now with their website, social media platforms, pre/post pregnancy online training programs...This podcast is the cherry on top of the growing reach of BirthFit. So much love. Haya from Kuwait.

Great Content! But delivery needs some refinement.

Amazing content and great information offered in a very approachable way. But, Tyler needs to stop cutting people off and turning everything into a joke. It makes it difficult to follow the conversation and get the content when he answers every question that isn't even directed towards him.

Hmmmm...

I’m a chiropractor registered for an upcoming professional seminar so I decided to check out the podcast to see what I’m getting myself into. I don’t mind cursing, but for being a professional podcast, there’s a ton of cursing. Also, why does everything have to be turned into a joke? I know I sound like a total prude, but compared to their website (the only other source of information I have about BirthFit), this feels completely unprofessional. Definitely questioning whether I should attend the upcoming seminar.
